The World That was (VR)

The World That Was is a virtual reality museum exhibition I was hired to create by the David Labkovski Project. This fully immersive audio-visual VR experience places the user inside the paintings of David Labkovski, an artist born in Niebel, Russia, in 1906. His paintings show the vivid life and culture of the world that was before the horrors of the Holocaust. I, along with the help of a team of historians and writers, created portable VR museum instillation that will ultimately be displayed all over the world, most notably in Vilnius,   Lithuania. Received a sponsorship by Oculus, Certificate of Accomplishment from the David Labkovski Project and Calabasas City Council Innovation Award. My Viewpoint scholar project.

UPCLOSE (VR)

This virtual reality project combined my two greatest passions: photography and computer science.  Inspired by the work of Levon Biss, I used a powerful magnification lens and a stack shot program to create a microsculpture of a bug.  My partner compiled the images while I was the camera technician and in charge of rendering.  Once the project was finished, I created a VR experience where the user can rotate, move and zoom in to the bug and see the immense detail that nature possesses. As I continue to take pictures of objects with the microscopic lens, I will add them to the experience.  My senior year independent study project.

ARm (AR)

My team and I at USC's Creating Reality Hackathon worked on an augmented reality app for the iPhone and Microsoft's Hololens that allows the user to view where their veins are and be educated about their purpose.  This application can be utilized by nurses that are drawing blood from their patients. I was awarded a Mixed Reality Developer kit by Microsoft for my work at the Hackathon.

VEX VR

VEX VR allows you to play every game in VEX Robotics history ever since 2007. For my school robotics competition I created VEX VR. I wrote physics engines for each game. After demonstrating VEX VR in a booth at my school's robotics competition, I was invited by the Robotics Education & Competition Foundation to display my simulation in a booth at VEX Worlds 2018. I redesigned the experience and improved it to show off at the four day event of VEX World Championship of April 2018, making me the youngest exhibitor to attend.
